Frank Walsh was the 34th Premier of South Australia from 10 March 1965 to 1 June 1967, representing the South Australian branch of the Australian Labor Party. Labor overcame the ‘Playmander’ in the 1965 election, taking 55 percent of the primary vote, and Frank Walsh took over the position of premier from Sir Thomas Playford.
